1. About Us
LumaStore Online is an e-commerce store based in Accra, Ghana, offering quality lifestyle and fashion products. We work with trusted sourcing partners and our fulfillment center to ensure quality.
2. Orders & Pricing
Our base store currency is Ghanaian Cedis (GHS). We use a multi-currency display feature for international customers for convenience only.
– Prices may be displayed in USD, GBP, EUR, NGN etc depending on your location selection.
– All payments are finally processed in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) or in your local currency via Paystack at the prevailing exchange rate at checkout.
– The exact amount charged in your local currency will be shown on the checkout page before you pay.
– We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to a pricing error or stock unavailability, in which case you will receive a full refund.
3. Payment
All payments are securely processed through Paystack (Mobile Money, Bank Card, Bank Transfer). We do not store your card details.
4. Inventory & Product Description
We do our best to display products accurately. Colors may slightly vary due to screen resolution. Stock availability is updated regularly, but in rare cases an item may be out of stock after ordering – we will notify you and refund immediately.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is handled by third-party courier partners. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, but we will assist you in tracking your order.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (logos, images, text) is owned by LumaStore Online and cannot be copied without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
LumaStore Online will not be liable for any indirect damages arising from use of our products or website beyond the amount paid for the product.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
